I Made My First Purse!

I have been wanting to try my hand at making a purse. I also needed to learn how to add a zipper pocket and a magnetic snap to a bag/purse for some diaper bags I am making soon for a friend. When I found this Tutorial at Quality Time, I knew I found the perfect project to try out everything I needed to practice. Instead of multiple fabrics on the outside, I cut each piece from the same colorful fabric. I even added a easy-peasy cute flower I saw on Maize Hutton. I lined the interior pocket in pink for whimsy and lined the cell phone pocket in Minkee to keep the phone protected. (The Minkee was my husband's idea!)
